How to take part

  1. Register

    Create your company account on the tenders portal. All you need is an email: you sign in with an access code, no passwords.

  2. Review the documents

    Download the bidding documents and annexes, and ask your questions within the deadline. Answers are published to all bidders.

  3. Submit a sealed bid

    Enter your prices per item and attach your proposal. No one can see the bids until closing; you will receive a submission receipt.

  4. Result

    After closing, bids are opened and the tender is awarded. All bidders are notified of the result by email.

To be awarded, your company must be approved in AAE Global Partners Network. Registering starts that process.
