2. Data we process
Quote form: name, company or organization, country, city, email, phone, project information and attached documents.
Supplier registration: details of the company and its business representative, contact information, capabilities, experience, certifications, insurance and attached documents.
Contact form: name, email, phone and message.
Technical data: IP address and submission date, used solely for security and abuse prevention.
3. Purposes
To respond to requests and prepare commercial proposals.
To evaluate, qualify and manage suppliers.
To manage the commercial and contractual relationship.
To protect the security of the site and prevent fraudulent use of the forms.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell it.
4. Legal basis
We process data with your consent, which you give by submitting a form, and where necessary to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract at your request, in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and its amendments, including Law No. 21,719.
5. Disclosure to third parties and international transfers
To prepare or carry out a project, we may share strictly necessary information with specialized suppliers or operators, in Chile or abroad, under confidentiality obligations.
Supplier data may be disclosed to clients when necessary for a specific project.

Quote and contact requests: up to 24 months from the last communication, unless a contract is entered into.
Supplier registrations: for as long as the relationship continues and up to 24 months after it ends.
Contractual information: for the periods required by tax and commercial legislation.
Technical security logs: up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@aaeglobalshows.com stating your request and providing a means to verify your identity.
We will respond within the legal deadlines. If you believe we have not properly addressed your request, you may contact the competent personal data protection authority.
8. Security
We apply measures such as HTTPS encryption, private document storage, access control and regular backups. No system is completely infallible, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
